Can you deploy Teams Phone if we’re moving off a traditional phone system?

Yes. This typically involves planning number porting, call routing, and user training.

What if different departments need different levels of Copilot access?

That’s normal and expected. Role-based deployment means not every department gets the same rollout.

How do you measure whether adoption is actually working?
