Executive Leadership
The Sourcepass Executive Leadership Team is responsible for driving the company’s growth and success, working closely with teams throughout the organization to ensure that everyone is aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Highly experienced and skilled professionals, they have a deep understanding of the MSP and Cybersecurity space and are responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategy, managing risk, and ensuring that the company delivers an experience that client's love.
Chuck Canton founded Sourcepass to disrupt the stale IT services and security space with the vision to provide businesses of all sizes with a technology experience that elevates their company, and the mission to provide an IT experience that clients love.
Prior to Sourcepass, Chuck has been a customer-obsessed Senior Executive with over a decade of experience at hyper-growth technology companies. His former roles include Global Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Vonage and President of Financial Services and Operations at Compass, a rapidly growing tech-enabled real estate company.
Chuck has a track record for building customer loyalty and sales growth and attributes his past successes to two key areas of focus: building healthy and collaborative company cultures and always listening to his customers. Chuck leads Sourcepass with strength and compassion and he is intimately involved in the organization’s culture and climate.
Outreach and environmental conservation have been lifelong pursuits for Chuck. In February 2023, he launched the Sourcepass Community Impact Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This foundation provides assistance to charitable and non-profit organizations, particularly those driving entrepreneurship. Since its inception, the foundation has provided funding for over fifty charities.
With his strong leadership, compassionate approach, and his resolute commitment to both his clients and employees, Chuck Canton continues to drive Sourcepass towards new heights of success, making technology services more accessible and affordable to businesses across the globe. Chuck is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and he attended the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Matthew Brown joined Sourcepass in 2022, following the acquisition of Network Solutions & Technology, Inc., where he was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner. He is responsible for managing all company finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
Additionally, he oversees all financial decisions that include; budgeting, auditing, financial strategies, and financial systems. Matt has been in the technology industry for 25 years, where he started as a sales engineer for Derive Technologies. He co-founded Network Solutions & Technology in 2001 and helped it grow to one of the leading technology service providers in the northeast. Matt graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Management Information Systems, and he lives in New York with his wife, daughter, and son.
Jenna Ar-Bab resides in Westchester, New York with her husband and two daughters. A dynamic, purposeful leader, Jenna brings over fifteen years of experience building cohesive technical teams and implementing scalable and optimized processes to foster a transformative experience for clients.
Earlier in her career, Jenna gained both engineering and project management experience working for a multi-national financial services organization followed by a global civil and engineering construction organization. Jenna later shifted to Managed IT Services, where she held various leadership roles across operations, including Solutions, Professional Services, M&A Advisory, Service, and Client Strategy. Her leadership was instrumental in helping organizations achieve threefold growth, leading to successful acquisitions.
Jenna joined Sourcepass in 2022 and has held roles leading Client Success and M&A. When Sourcepass launched the Operational Excellence department, Jenna’s leadership was the obvious choice.
The driving force behind Jenna’s impact lies in her response to a critical need within Sourcepass- fostering unified teams, aligned with a clear vision that seamlessly brings together client experience and employee enablement. Her leadership ensures that strategic goals are not merely conceptual but are translated into tangible, day-to-day execution, emphasizing an operating rhythm and cadence for reporting and sharing information across all levels of the business.
Jenna is deeply passionate about promoting a customer-centric organization and remains committed to Sourcepass’ mission of delivering an IT Experience Clients Love.
A proven leader in building advanced client experience operations over the course of his career, Matt brings over twelve years of executive management experience in driving customer success. In his role as Chief Client Officer, he will be responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and client strategy teams toward related company goals. Matt’s experience and leadership enables Sourcepass to deliver maximum value for our clients.
Prior to Sourcepass, Matt has served as the Director of Client Services for iCore Networks when they were successfully integrated into Vonage in 2015. Thereafter, Matt served at Vonage for seven years, starting as the Director of Client Services and advancing to Vice President of Customer Success and eventually the VP & General Manager of a core business platform. Most recently, Matt served as the Head of Global Account Management & Customer Relations for a software communications and productivity company.

A loyal leader, Victor Varga is steadfast in his beliefs, his oath as an attorney, and his commitment to colleagues. As General Counsel forSourcepass, Victor oversees all legal matters for the company, manages outside counsel relationships, and offers counsel to our Leadership Team grounded in the rule of law and nurtured with practicality and innovation.
Victor joins Sourcepass with almost 20 years of legal experience at various national, global, private and public technology companies providing SaaS, Infrastructure as a Service, IT and Cyber Managed Services, and Cloud Communications. Most recent to joining Sourcepass, Victor served as Vice President of Legal for Vonage, a global provider of SaaS and Cloud Communications services where he was responsible for all legal aspects of the company’s global operations.
Prior to joining Vonage, he was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for iCore Networks, Inc where he first worked with Sourcepass founders Chuck Canton and Bruce Simms. Victor began his legal career as a private practice attorney handling a wide range of transactional civil matters, as well as litigation.
Ashleigh is an Executive Leader in Human Resources and People Operations with over twenty years of experience.
She has served the Commercial Construction, Transportation, and IT industries through Human Resources, with a focus on strategic growth planning, employee engagement and development, and talent acquisition. Specializing in building teams, organizational restructuring, acquisitions, recruitment, retention and training in both private and public sector environments, Ashleigh views every challenge as an opportunity for growth and evolution.
Nick Ross is currently the Vice President of Product Development at Sourcepass, where he leads a dynamic team responsible for building the revolutionary client experience portal, Quest. This cutting-edge portal is poised to reshape the way users engage with I.T. A recognized Microsoft MVP, Nick also garners significant attention for the insightful content he produces on his YouTube channel, Tminus365.
Prior to his current position at Sourcepass, Nick Ross held the role of CTO for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). He has also dedicated a significant part of his career to Pax8, a prominent cloud distributor and now strategic partner of Sourcepass. During his time there, Nick was part of the product team, helping develop Microsoft and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool integrations.
Nick has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.
Before joining Sourcepass, Jeff was Managing Partner of Share.Profit.Grow., an MSP/Solution Provider consultancy focused on improving profits and performance for its clients through financial benchmarking, best practice sharing, sales management, M&A, and strategic planning via professional facilitation. Jeff has been involved in over 40 M&A deals over the last decade and has more than 28+ years of leadership experience and a track record of outperforming industry benchmarks.
Jeff evolved his consultant skills over 12 years serving as President of a large Midwestern VAR/MSP. During his tenure, he guided the company through geographic expansion and growth. Before this position, Jeff successfully launched a digital media and software company in 1996, sold in 2004. Jeff graduated from Florida State University College of Business with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration. Jeff resides in Ohio with his wife of 25 years and three daughters. Jeff has a passion for distance running, fueling his competitive spirit.

Roli is a Sourcepass co-founder along, with CEO Chuck Canton and Vice President of Strategy and Execution Bruce Simms. A passionate leader and a technology enthusiast, Roli serves as the Sr. Vice President of Strategic Alliances. In this role, Roli will be responsible for building programs and driving strategic partnerships with vendors, services providers, and system integrators to create a lead generation engine. In addition, Roli will be reviewing and setting up channel sales distribution, and supporting the development of a sales and marketing function and go-to-market strategy.
Roli has held multiple core leadership positions in her career, including leading the Enterprise Client Services team at Vonage, delivering the best customer retention rates Vonage ever had for this segment. Prior, she managed GoDaddy’s largest commercial Top-Level Domain (.COM) along with other core product lines. Roli’s vast experience in managing high performing teams and client-facing roles enables her to truly understand customer needs, translating to better overall customer outcomes.
Bruce is a Sourcepass co-founder along with CEO Chuck Canton and Roli Points – owning and managing key strategic project initiatives across the various Sourcepass business lines, insuring maximum efficiency. Bruce enjoys building highly effective teams and processes and is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
Bruce Simms has a track record for driving growth and increasing profitability out of start-ups, acquired entities, and Fortune 1000 businesses. He has over 30 years of operational experience leading cross-functional teams that specialize in service delivery, program management, customer care, customer success, and solution engineering.
