About Sourcepass

Businesses are often held back by lackluster technology vendors that leave them underserved and overcharged for IT services.

Founded in 2020 by Chairman & CEO Chuck Canton, VP of Strategy and Execution Bruce Simms, and VP of Strategic Alliances Roli Points, Sourcepass was created to disrupt the stale IT services and security space.

An opportunity existed for innovation through leveraging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) married with premier managed services to provide a revolutionary client experience.

As a result, Sourcepass was born.

The vision of Sourcepass is to provide businesses of all sizes with a technology experience that elevates their company.

In search of an established firm to serve as the platform company, Sourcepass acquired Network Solutions & Training, Inc. (NST), formerly of East Northport, NY on March 1, 2022.

NST offered an operationally mature foundation, having already scaled to provide 24×7 helpdesk and Network Operations and Security Operations services.

Current Sourcepass Core President, Matt Brown, joined the Executive Leadership Team to provide stability and guidance as the foundation of the new organization.

As of 2025, Sourcepass has acquired thirteen companies in total, all of which had been in business between 20 to 40 years. 

All had seen the same stale approaches hamstring competitors in the IT services space, motivating them to be part of the revolutionary Sourcepass approach.

All bring extensive ability and experience to Sourcepass, as well as a drive to accelerate our disruption of the market.

Sourcepass is currently over 500 employees serving over 2,000 in more than 20 unique vertical markets.
